This means we can use the red tractor symbol, which is the sign of top quality British beef. The cattle we rear are various breeds Limousin,Angus ,Blonde aquitaine,Hereford. So our Beef is lean, tender with a great flavour.
In keeping with our own stringent farming practices, the bulk of our lamb is sourced from Brian Godwin at Timothy Rise Farm, Limpley Stoke,Bath.
