Farming
Beef
All our cattle are free range and naturally reared on home grown corn, hay and silage. We do not use feed additives, growth promoters or GM products and our beef is farm assured and traceable.
Lamb
In keeping with our own stringent farming practices, all of our lamb is sourced from local farms and is GM, additive and growth promoter free.
Chicken
Our free range chickens are reared naturally without the use of growth promoters or additives. A derivative of the Rhode Island Red and the White Cornish Game Birds, they are slow growing breed selected for their free range suitability resulting in a chicken with flavour and texture not found elsewhere.
Free range
The cattle at church farm graze over one hundred acres of pasture land.
