We use the information collected from you to process orders. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.
If you create an account with us your details are kept on file and can be changed at any time. If you elect to join our newsletter then we will use your email only for emails from our company. You can leave the mailing list at any time.
We employ other companies to deliver your purchases. Such companies and individuals will have access to personal information needed to perform these functions, but may not use it for any other purposes and are required to process the data in accordance with the UK's Data Protection legislation.
You should be assured that the information you provide during an online transaction is treated confidentially, and not disclosed to a third party. We use a company called WorldPay to process your card details online. Worldpay have adopted a set of guidelines to protect our users' privacy, which comply with the Data Protection Act 1998. Worldpay do not provide or sell your details to third parties unless you have specifically requested that thay can do so. Worldpay however reserves the right to disclose information about member usage and demographics to advertisers and partners, but in anonymous aggregate form only.

What information do we collect? How do we use it?
When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, and delivery address. This allows us to process and fulfil your orders and to notify you of the status of your order. You may also supply us with your telephone number which we may use to contact you in relation to your order. Your credit or debit card number and the card's expiry date is taken by our payment company through a secure server. We do not ever see your credit card details .

We use a payment company called Worldpay to take money from your card.
Our payment company uses secure server transactions which utilise a high level of encryption - customers connect using 128 bit SSL encryption.
We only keep details of your purchases and address in our online database. We DO NOT see any credit/debit card information at any time. Credit/debit card information IS NOT kept on file by us or our credit card payment company.
WorldPay recognise that security is one of the major concerns for the shopper during an online transaction. So we use state of the art security tools and techniques to ensure that you are protected against online fraud. In reality, an online purchase is probably more secure than a card transaction conducted in a shop, over the telephone or by fax - because WorldPay ensure that your online purchase details are encrypted using complex logarithm methods.
